Steve Shapiro, A-CSM, PSM, CSM

I am a Senior Technical Program Manager and Advanced Certified Scrum Master with deep experience leading enterprise programs, cloud modernization initiatives, and multi-team Agile delivery. I work across engineering, data, architecture, finance, and business operations to drive complex projects from strategy through execution.

My approach is clear and disciplined: align stakeholders, remove impediments, strengthen collaboration, and keep teams focused on outcomes. I communicate with transparency, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Over my career, I’ve led Azure cloud modernization efforts, enterprise reporting and analytics programs, compliance-driven initiatives, and large cross-functional delivery across globally distributed teams. I enjoy building high-performing teams, improving processes, and delivering solutions that create measurable business value.

I’m dependable, steady under pressure, and committed to helping teams deliver their best work.
